This Copyright & DMCA Policy is effective as of August 3, 2026 and describes how Privacy, Visually Simplified | Privasim responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws.

We may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days after receiving a valid counter-notice, unless we first receive notice that you have filed a court action.
In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.
Submitting a false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Ensure your notice is accurate before submitting.
