Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Platform

Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission

Use the Service to spam, harass, or abuse others

Violate intellectual property rights of Privasim or third parties

4.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated business plans are provided for informational purposes only

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated

You are responsible for verifying and validating all AI-generated content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all data, business plans, and content you create

Platform: Privasim owns all rights to the Service, including software, design, and branding

License to Us: By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service

5.2 Trademarks

"Privasim" and associated logos are trademarks of Privasim. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

5.3 Third-Party Content

OpenRouter, Mistral AI, and other third-party services have their own terms and policies

We are not responsible for third-party content or services

6. Paid Services & Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

Privasim may offer free and paid subscription tiers

Pricing, features, and limits are subject to change with notice

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

6.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Fungies)

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

You are responsible for applicable taxes

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

No refunds for partial billing periods

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies

We do not guarantee the quality, suitability, or legality of AI outputs

You use AI-generated content at your own risk

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRIVASIM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect Damages: Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Consequential Damages: Arising from use or inability to use the Service

Third-Party Actions: Conduct of other users or third-party services

Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks)

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
